How does pricing work?

The free trial on elenacall.com gives you up to 10 minutes per IP address per 24 hours, at no charge. Paid calls on app.elenacall.com are billed at $1.00 per minute, charged at the end of each call. Each call is rounded up to the next full minute (a 1m05 call is billed as 2 minutes).

What appears on my bank statement?

Charges appear as "ELENACALL.COM". The exact wording may vary slightly depending on your bank or card issuer.

How do I get a refund?

Completed sessions are non-refundable. Refunds may be granted at our discretion in case of a technical failure on our side, an unauthorized charge, or duplicate billing. Email [email protected] within 14 days of the charge with the date and amount.

How do I remove my saved card?

Email [email protected] from the address associated with the card, or provide the last 4 digits of the card and the date of a recent charge. We will delete your saved payment token and confirm by reply.

Is my conversation private?

EDXAD LLC does not store voice recordings on its own servers. Audio is processed in real time by a third-party AI voice provider. That provider may retain conversation transcripts and audio for up to 2 years, in accordance with their own privacy policy. We do not access this data for purposes other than service delivery, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

The call didn't work, will I be charged?

You are only charged for sessions where audio was successfully exchanged. If a technical issue prevented your session from starting and you were charged, email [email protected] with the date and we will investigate and refund if appropriate.

How do I request deletion of my data?

Email [email protected] with "Data Deletion Request" in the subject line. We will process your request within 30 days. Note that billing records must be retained for 7 years for legal compliance and cannot be deleted on request.

I don't recognize a charge, what should I do?

Before disputing the charge with your bank, please email [email protected] with the date and amount. We will investigate and resolve legitimate issues directly.
