By accessing or using ElenaCall ("the Service"), operated by EDXAD LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
ElenaCall is an AI voice conversation platform. Users can engage in real-time spoken conversation with an AI persona via a web browser. All voices and personas are artificial intelligence constructs. They do not represent real individuals.
The Service is operated by EDXAD LLC, a U.S. company registered in Delaware.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate access if we have reason to believe a user does not meet this requirement.
The Service is offered in two modes:
Rate. Paid calls are billed at $1.00 USD per minute. The rate displayed at the moment you initiate a call is the rate that applies to that call. Pricing may change for future calls.
Rounding. Each call is rounded up to the next full minute. A call lasting 1 minute and 5 seconds is billed as 2 minutes ($2.00). A call lasting 30 seconds is billed as 1 minute ($1.00).
Timing of charge. You are charged at the end of each call. By saving your card on file, you authorize EDXAD LLC to charge that card automatically at the end of each call you initiate, without requiring re-authorization for each subsequent call.
Failed payments. By saving your card, you authorize EDXAD LLC to attempt charges against it at the end of each call. Failed payments due to expired, blocked, or insufficient-funds cards do not negate the obligation to pay for services consumed; recovery may be pursued through standard collection means.
Payment processor. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. EDXAD LLC does not store full card data; only an anonymous payment token issued by Stripe is retained.
Statement descriptor. Charges appear on your bank or card statement as "ELENACALL.COM". The exact wording may vary slightly depending on your card issuer.
Currency. All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD). If your card is denominated in another currency, your card issuer will apply its own conversion rate, which may include a foreign transaction fee.
Completed sessions are non-refundable. By initiating a call, you acknowledge that you are consuming a digital service in real time and waive any right of withdrawal that may otherwise apply (where such waiver is permitted).
A refund may be granted at our discretion in the following cases:
Refund requests must be submitted to [email protected] within 14 days of the charge, including the date, amount, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
Chargebacks. If you dispute a charge with your card issuer without first contacting our support team, we may block your card from future use on the Service. Excessive or fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to fraud-prevention databases.
You may request the deletion of your saved payment token at any time by emailing [email protected]. To verify your request, please email us from the address associated with the card, or provide the last 4 digits of the card and the date of a recent charge. Tokens are deleted promptly upon verified request.

All content, technology, personas, and materials provided through the Service are the property of EDXAD LLC and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, voice quality, or specific outcomes from any session. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EDXAD LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Delaware.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
