Summary. We do not require accounts. We collect your email address only at the time of payment, to send you receipts and provide support. The data we collect is limited to what is necessary to operate the Service, prevent abuse, and process payments.
ElenaCall ("we", "us", "our") is operated by EDXAD LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information when you use the Service.
2.1 IP Address. We collect your IP address to enforce free trial limits (one trial per IP per 24-hour period on elenacall.com), to detect and prevent abuse, to ensure compliance with applicable jurisdictional restrictions, and for aggregate analytics. IP addresses are stored for up to 24 hours for trial enforcement, and up to 90 days when retained for security investigation.
2.2 Email Address. When you make your first payment, you are required to provide an email address. This email is used to send you payment receipts (delivered by our payment processor), to allow us to respond to support requests, and to verify ownership of a saved card upon a deletion request. We do not use your email for marketing purposes. You may request deletion of your email at any time.
2.3 Payment Information. When you make a payment, your card details are submitted directly to our payment processor, Stripe, Inc., which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. EDXAD LLC never sees, transmits, or stores your full card number, CVV, or expiry date. If you choose to save your card for future calls, we retain only an anonymous payment token issued by Stripe. This token is a randomized reference that contains no card details and cannot be used to reconstruct them. You may request deletion of this token at any time.
2.4 Call Metadata. For each paid call we record the duration (in seconds), the timestamp, the amount charged, and the anonymous Stripe customer ID. This metadata is required to process payments, generate billing records, and respond to chargebacks. It is retained for 7 years in accordance with applicable financial record-keeping obligations.
2.5 Conversation Content. Voice conversations are processed in real time by a third-party AI voice provider that we contract with to deliver the Service. EDXAD LLC does not store voice recordings or transcripts on its own servers. Our voice provider may retain conversation transcripts and, depending on configuration, audio recordings for up to 2 years for the purpose of operating, securing, and improving the underlying technology, in accordance with their own privacy policy. We do not access this data for purposes other than service delivery, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
2.6 Technical Data. We collect browser type and version, device type (mobile/desktop), session timestamps, and anonymized usage analytics via Google Analytics. Technical logs are retained for 30 days.
We may use anonymized identifiers (including hashed IP addresses and standard advertising platform pixels) to retarget users who have visited the Service. Identifiers are hashed before transmission to advertising platforms and are never linked to billing records or conversation content. You may opt out of interest-based advertising via your platform preferences (Meta, Google, etc.) or by using a privacy-respecting browser.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties, except:

We will respond within 30 days. Note that billing records must be retained for 7 years for financial compliance and cannot be deleted on request.
California residents (CCPA / CPRA). If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. We do not sell personal information. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected].
Residents of other jurisdictions may have additional rights under applicable local law. Contact us at the address above to inquire about rights specific to your jurisdiction.
We use minimal client-side storage in your browser (not on our servers) to remember your saved payment token reference, your associated email address (used for receipts and support), your theme preference (light/dark), and anonymized Google Analytics measurement. We do not use third-party tracking cookies on the Service itself. You can clear local storage at any time via your browser settings.
We implement reasonable security measures, including TLS encryption for all data in transit, encrypted storage for IP addresses and customer identifiers, strict access controls on operational systems, and PCI DSS compliance via Stripe for all payment processing. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and over (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). We do not knowingly collect any information from individuals below this age. If we become aware that an ineligible user has used the Service, we will terminate access and delete associated data.
EDXAD LLC is based in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Significant changes will be communicated through the Service.
